We are excited to announce that Seth Ferris has joined our NFED staff as the Family Fundraiser Coordinator. He will work with families who are interested in hosting fundraising activities or events to benefit the NFED in their communities. Seth is the dad of a son who’s affected by ectodermal dysplasia so he understands well the importance of raising awareness and funds for our NFED family. If you have been thinking about doing something in your area, contact Seth and he can help you plan and give you support. Please join me in welcoming Seth!
Hi, my name is Seth Ferris and I am very excited and proud to become a part of the NFED organization. My family has been a part of the NFED family for about 14 wonderful years. We have tried to do our part raising funds and awareness by hosting an art show and sale, helping out at the Halloween Bash, doing raffles and recently gaining an entry in the NYC Marathon. This past year, I wanted to become more involved and joined the NFED as a part-time employee. I will be helping with family fund raising.
Personally, I am very active in my community volunteering with various organizations including being a little league coach for 12 years. I enjoy table tennis, fishing and baking cookies. I work for the singer Tony Bennett. This fall, my son, Mac, will enter his freshman year at the University of Indiana. We live in Brooklyn, New York and yes, we are Yankee fans! I am really looking forward to working with all of you and doing some great things!
