The House passes the Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act with 310 votes. But, ELSA failed to make it to a vote in the U.S. Senate in that session of Congress.

The NFED convened its first Incontinentia Pigmenti Conference: Translating Discovery to Therapy, to update eye treatment protocols and deepen understanding.
