Help a young girl like this who is affected by AEC syndrome.

With the support of contributors like you, we can continue to educate people about these rare conditions, support those affected, and advance research for better treatments. You have many ways to make a gift to support the vital work we do at the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias (NFED).

Without this (NFED Facebook) page, their staff and organization in general we would still be flailing on how to manage Jameson’s disease. Please check their page frequently and donate to a wonderful cause. – Sheila

Planned Gifts

A planned gift through a bequest, insurance contribution, retirement asset, annuity, donor-advised or irrevocable/revocable trust can provide financial and tax benefits while impacting NFED programming for years to come.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)

A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a charitable giving account managed by a public charity, often called the sponsoring organization. It allows you to make contributions to the account and later recommend grants to nonprofits of your choice over time. If you have a DAF, you can recommend grants to the NFED. Please consult your financial advisor for guidance.

Important Information:

  • NFED Address: 6 Executive Drive Ste. 2, Fairview Heights, IL 62208-1360
  • Tax ID: 37-1112496

To ensure proper acknowledgment of your gift, please email Isabella to inform us of your DAF contribution.

Other Ways to Give

There are many meaningful ways to support the NFED beyond a traditional donation.

RoundUp Giving

Through RoundUp App, supporters can donate spare change from everyday purchases. Transactions are rounded up to the nearest dollar, and the difference is donated to support NFED programs.

Shop and Give

Some online shopping platforms allow a portion of your purchase to be donated to nonprofit organizations. By shopping through participating platforms and retailers, everyday purchases can help support the NFED at no additional cost to you.

Credit Card Rewards

Many credit card companies allow cardholders to donate their cash back or rewards points directly through their issuer portals. Donating rewards is a simple way to turn everyday spending into support for the NFED. Questions? Reach out to your credit card issuer for more details.

Give Your Time

Volunteering is another powerful way to support the NFED. Whether helping with events, sharing professional skills, or supporting community initiatives, volunteers play a vital role in advancing our mission.
