Will You Become a Smile Maker?
It’s so easy! As an online monthly donor, your credit card will be charged once a month. You will receive a special welcome letter for your first gift, then followed with a tax letter at the end of the year. You will also receive progress reports with updates on how your contributions are helping our families and a year-end gift summary and tax information letter.

- Select the amount you would like to make every month
